COVID-19 Update

To all CRALL Members,

Although we are in a period of uncertainty in regard to when our 2020 season will begin, we are moving forward with our normal planning procedure.

The current postponement has certainly added some extra challenges to this process, all of which I am confident we can overcome.

So, first things first, we do need to know exactly how many players we will have participating.  Having this information lets us know how many teams we will have in each division, allows us to have coaches in place, and most importantly, adapt the game schedules as needed. All of this will allow us to be better prepared and get the season started more rapidly, when the time comes.

Update, we are keeping registration open for the time being. You can either pre-register which requires no payment at this time, or register as always - if you have not already done so.

Also, we are still in need of more coaches, if you are interested and have not yet registered, please complete the volunteer application below.

If you have not yet registered, and plan to do so providing there is a season, please fill out this form (unless you have already done so)

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We will keep everyone updated as much as possible.

Until the first pitch,

COVID-19 Status Update for CRALL

CRALL families, we hope this message finds you well and, along with all of us, you're remaining hopeful, but vigilant, in these unprecedented times.  We at CRALL are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following the recommendations put forth by our government, health departments, school districts, and ultimately, Little League International, with regard to the 2020 season.  At present, the Little League season has not been cancelled.  Little League Int'l has strongly advised suspending all league activities until no earlier than May 11th, and we will abide by that, at minimum. You can read the statement put forth by Little League, here:

https://www.littleleague.org/player-safety/coronavirus-update/

With that being said, we are cautiously optimistic of being able to enjoy baseball, at our park, this season.  Our Board of Directors are working on plans for all possible outcomes; whether that means a full slate of games, a shortened season, or the cancellation of the 2020 season.  We would love to offer any sort of season this year as we feel that baseball will bring some normalcy to what has become a time of wild uncertainty.  If your child(ren) is not currently registered, and you intend on playing this year should a season commence, we would be grateful if you'd fill out a short form.  The information from this form will help us in determining the number of teams we may have, and the number of players on each team, whether or not you have chosen to register at this time.  Please find form at link here:

https://forms.gle/a1ji6hWVLvyPUV8m6

We would also like you to know that registration is and will remain open until the various divisions reach capacity.  You can find our registration link here:

The health and safety of our players and their families is of utmost importance to us, and we will continue to monitor the ever-changing news on the pandemic, and how it impacts our league and season.  We will do our best to continue to update all of our families, as things develop, and we're hopeful that we'll have good news to share, in the coming weeks.

Please stay safe and we hope to see all of you at the park, sooner, rather than later!  In the meantime, two people playing catch (with clean hands!) are safely practicing social distancing, so please do that with your ballplayers!

Thank you

CRALL Board of Directors

Help Build a Brick Walkway at CRALL!!

Help Build a Brick Walkway at CRALL!!

CRALL has an exciting opportunity for you enshrine your family or company’s name at the park for years to come, while also helping out with a much needed improvement for our baseball complex.

Here’s How: To provide safe and easy access to the park, especially for our less mobile visitors, a brick walkway will be installed at the main entrance to our fields. You can purchase your own personalized commemorative brick that will help fund the project, and make this a wonderful memorial walkway into a place that holds countless fond memories for so many. It is also a great way for businesses to advertise and support the CRALL program.

Our goal is to sell enough bricks in the next four months to start construction of the walkway this spring. The total cost for the entire project will be around $30,000.

There are three different brick options to choose from: 4" x 8" bricks (text only) are $50, 8" x 8" bricks (text only) are $100, and 8" x 8" bricks (text and logo) are $150.  The engraving will be done by a local company in Andover.

Please follow the link below and order your personalized entrance monument brick today.
